By limiting the choices available I am able to offer most designs in the range for under £200. There is no compromise on quality and the cakes are decorated to a very high standard. You can choose from: Rich Fruitcake, Vanilla Sponge, Chocolate Sponge, or a combination of two Round or square cakes; slightly shallower than standard White, Ivory or Chocolate Icing Stacked, part-stacked, or separate A choice of six optional side designs A choice of six optional cake tops There is no restriction on the colours used to decorate your cake - you choose. Because of the simplicity of the Pick'n'Mix range a consultation is not required and so orders are taken over the telephone or by e-mail.

Vanilla sponge cakes are filled with jam and buttercream Chocolate sponge cakes are filled with chocolate fudge Cake tops - these are optional and are £15 each Gold or Silver Wire Posy - pearls and crystals on gold or silver wires Hearts on Wires - available on gold or silver wires Butterflies on Wires - available on gold or silver wires Parcel Ribbon - available in gold or silver with hearts or butterflies on wires (optional) Sugar flower cake tops - these are optional and are £35 each Rose Posy - seven sugar roses and foliage in the colour of your choice Calla Lilies - seven sugar Calla lilies and foliage in the colour of your choice Side Designs - these are optional and are £5 per tier There are six to choose from. Boards are decorated with ribbon. Ribbons - If possible, please send a fabric sample for colour matching. Stands - There are several available at a hire charge of £10. A deposit cheque is required when you collect/view your cake and will be returned to you when the stand is returned to me within five days after your wedding. Delivery - Delivery is charged at £10 and is only available to a handful of local venues.* Once you have booked your cake by telephone or e-mail you will receive an order in the post. Please check the details, sign and return in the envelope provided with a cheque for £50 as deposit. You will receive confirmation of your order within 10 days. Should you cancel your order, this deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due when your cake is collected or viewed.
